1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProReach, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ProReach is an outreach automation platform that helps professionals discover contacts and send personalized email campaigns. The service includes contact discovery, campaign management, and email sending features.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must comply with all applicable laws including anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  • You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through ProReach.
  • You must not use ProReach to send unsolicited bulk email (spam), harass recipients, or engage in illegal activities.
  • You must ensure you have a lawful basis to contact the recipients in your campaigns.

4. Account & Authentication

You may sign in using Google OAuth. By doing so, you authorize ProReach to access your basic profile information (name and email) for authentication purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

5. Payments

Certain features require a one-time payment processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. You agree to Stripe's Terms of Service for payment processing.

6. Intellectual Property

ProReach and its content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data and content you create within the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

8. Limitation of Liability

ProReach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ProReach after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
